PEGNet Conference 2008:
Assessing Development Impact – Learning from Experience
Accra (Ghana), 11 – 12 September 2008
The Poverty Reduction, Equity and Growth Network (PEGNet) will hold its annual conference at the La Palm Royal Conference Centre, Accra (Ghana), on 11 – 12 September 2008.
Focusing on the role of ‘Impact Evaluation', this year's PEGNet Conference aims at providing a platform for discussing the policy implications of recent research findings. The two conference days will feature sessions with invited and contributed papers, round tables and keynote speeches by renowned speakers from academia as well as operations. There will be extensive room for discussion between researchers and practitioners. The conference will be opened by keynote addresses of François Bourguignon (tbc) and Geoff Lamb (tbc).
